David Mark Sacked By Court, Orders Fresh Elections

.. News reaching us, claims that the appeal court has today nullified the victory of Former Senate President, David Mark over APC candidate, Comrade Daniel Onjeh in this year’s Benue-South senatorial election, and ordered for fresh polls.

If you may recall, his victory as the senator representing the Benue South Senatorial District was on Tuesday October 13, upheld by the national and state assembly petition tribunal sitting in Markudi, the Benue State capital.

The court has ordered a re-run of the elections within 90 days.
